I personally, know what makes a property worth your investment or how to best solicit a sell to a prospective buyer. Having purchased & renovated many homes myself, together we will have a formative goal, that will garner successful results.

Born in Toccoa Georgia but moved to Columbia South Carolina at age 10. Moving to Columbia was motivated by my father, who was key in the start up US5, Michelins tire manufacturing facility, in Lexington South Carolina. I to would be employed there for 15 years. The swing shift hours, allowed me to pursue my first true love of playing music in local/Regional bands. After that flame burnt out, I attended college for graphic design and began my foray into real estate. I began rehabilitating homes in 2008, eventually starting an LLC in 2019, Flipping Franks LLC.

I still have a passion for music, designing, mountain biking and snowboarding when time permits but I do feel real estate has the greatest opportunities for growth and advancement. I enjoy meeting people in the community and the fulfillment of bringing new life into forgotten or abandoned homes. Also uniting others with their dream home or helping find the perfect buyer.
